AI is no longer a “future” capability in logistics—it’s a practical lever for reducing delays, improving planning accuracy, and automating high-volume decisions. The teams that win aren’t the ones buying the most tools; they’re the ones implementing AI with a clear operating model, solid data foundations, and measurable outcomes.
Start with use cases that touch cost, service, and speed—then scale. The highest-ROI patterns usually fall into three buckets:
